Our sweet adoptable dog Siren, also known as Lady, was chosen as Local 4 Click on Detroit’s “Pet of the Week.” Siren has been with us for a whole year and is patiently waiting to meet her new family. The press will hopefully give her the exposure to finally go home forever.

Siren, (that also goes by Lady), is such a sweetheart! She walks nicely on a leash, rides well in a car, is very treat motivated, and responds well to verbal corrections. She loves to sleep in her own bed and eats her food at her own pace. She can be a little clumsy and goofy, but has all the best snuggles, and the happiest smile! She is so curious and wants to be a part of everything you do, but curls up and naps when she is left home alone. Siren is great with kids seven and older, great with other large dogs after proper introductions, but is not so good with smaller dogs or cats, (as she has a strong prey drive, and unknown around smaller children, but not recommended around babies due to her desire to be so close to humans). She does fabulously in the car for long drives. She would make a great addition to a family with kids seven and up, and would do well with another dog!
