Storm is not for a novice adopter. She will be work but the more you work with her the more she loves you and the easier she becomes.
Unfortunately, her antics with my other dogs has continued to create fights and with young children in my household, I can no longer chance anything happens to my children. Now, she is good with the kids(all under 4), but im not sure I would recommend her to people with young children as she definitely tries to herd them.
– Well trained in non distractive environments. Sit(she ends up rolling on her belly a lot for pets), drop, cage. Can struggle to “stay” and “place” as she very easily gets distracted.
– Once she loves you, she will not leave your side. Cuddles, kisses, belly rubs, etc. She will want your attention.
– High anxiety. Stressed when new people in home. Stressed in cage by herself.
– The more you play with her the easier she is. Loves food / training / fetch / rub downs after baths.
– Will eat tiny socks, napkins, anything remotely consumable on the ground.
