Early this month, a reporter at FOX 2 reached out for an interview to discuss the recent animal abuse incident in Genesee County in which two puppies were found deceased, one found alive, and all appearing to have been suffering from severe starvation. With such a sad case, the station hoped to get the reaction of a local animal welfare organization and to feature our thoughts on what can be done to prevent this.
